Criteria for Admission:

1) Admission is open to candidates from all parts of the world provided they meet the basic requirement.

2) The prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Adarsh Para Medical Institute of Tikota on prescribed payment in Cash/M.O./DD with request for an application from and self Rs.10/- stamped envelope size 9X4.

Mode of Selection:

Each application will be scrutinized by the selection committee and the students performance will be evalu qualifying examination. Provisionally selected candidates will be called for the interview.
The date and time of interview will be intimated to the candidates by post. At the time of interview if required to appear for an entrance test based on general knowledge and professional aptitude. The selection decision is final and binding on the candidate. No further correspondence will be entertained regarding the preference will be given to candidates who have a higher qualification than that prescribed.

Specified Basic Requirements:

Our admission process is user-friendly and personalized for student seeking admission in undergraduate, Diploma courses. Classes begin during July/Sept of every year. Admissions are open till seats exist and continuous throught the year. This advance enrollment facility helps students avoid last minute rush due of seats.

Pay Your Admission / Enrollment Fees / Reservation Amount

Student applying for the course in advance are supposed to fill in the Application Form. And enclose their testimonials as applicable, in part A part B. Once the application form is filled up to Administrative Office with a enrollment fees of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) which will be adjust after the seat is confirmed. The administrative office will confirm your course of preference and will notify provisional admission letter. Students applying for a course in the current session will have to send hand filled up a
pplication form with 2 photo copies of all original testimonials as applicable in Part A, Part B of 1.

Part - A Undergraduate (10+2)

1) Marks Card - 10th & 12th std issued by Board / University.

2) Migration Certificate issued by Board / University.

3) Conduct / Character Certificate & Transfer / Migration Certificate issued by School / College last studies.

4) Date of Birth / Age Proof Certificate.

5) Caste Certificate (only for those belonging to reserved categories)

6) Ten stamp size & Ten passport size photographs.

Part - B Diploma (10th ot its Equivalent)

1) Marks Card - 10th & 12th std issued by Board / University.

2) Migration Certificate issued by Board / University.

3) Conduct / Character Certificate & Transfer / Migration Certificate issued by School / College last studies.

4) Date of Birth / Age Proof Certificate.

5) Caste Certificate (only for those belonging to reserved categories)

6) Ten stamp size & Ten passport size photographs.

Fees:

Information regarding the fee structure can be availed at the office. Once advance fees paid cannot be under any circumstances. Clinical fee, transportation fee, hostel deposit, uniform, immunization, Kannada coaching classes, first aid, laboratory fees etc are charged extra. The reservation of seat is liable to be cannot of ineligibility or due to Govt / University rules and regulations etc. That may be framed from time to time. Voluntarily withdraws or is dismissed after admission / before completion of the course, the student should the entire course.

College:

The students have to pay 50% of the Tution fees at the time of admission. 25% before December 15 and before February 15 late fee of Rs.10 per Rs.1000 per day will be collected after the last.

Voluntary Withdrawal and Dismissal:

Withdrawal after admission, 25% of advance payment will be deducted upto 30 days from the date.

Withdrawal before final intimation, 75% of advance fees will be deducted.

Withdrawal after final intimation, advance amount will not be refunded.

Withdrawal after admission by receiving final intimation one year fees and other fees will be collected.

Withdrawal in between the academic years whole course fees and other fees will be collected.

Course Outlines and Medium Instruction:

The syllabus and the course outline for all the course is followed as per the guidlines laid down by the Direct Education / Government of Karnataka / University / Para Medical Board. Any change in syllabus which will be as per instructions of the Board / University. The medium of instructions is in English. Class room Lectures are given by qualified Lecturers, Clinical Instructions and Visiting Doctors. Topics will be delt be respective field. During the training period students are assigned Hospital duties for their Clinical Experience. Departments such as Medical, Surgical, Community, Orthopedic and Family Welfare Works etc.

Uniforms: 

All the students are required to wear the uniform prescribed and provided by the institution.
The cost of the uniform is bear by the student. It is important for the budding professionals to have a neat and tidy appear.

College Working Hours:

Monday - Sunday 9-00 am to 5-00 pm
Lunch Break 1-00 pm to 2-00 pm

Scholarship:

The Merit Scholarship, Govt of India Scholarship, Concerned State Government Scholarships and State SC / ST etc are also available for eligible students.

Experience in Rural Area:

This training in Rural Health Community is expected to enable the students to explore and understand the and problems as part of the country's Rural Health Programme and gain experience in community, Physician ?Health Care.

 

Rules & Regulations



1) The student should remit the fees within the due dates as per fee regulations of the institute and are informed that their names will be struc off from enrollment if the fee is nt paid in time.

2) The mode of fee payment is by way of D.D/P.O in favour of Chairman Adarsh Para Medical Institute, payable at Tikota ( Cheques will not be accepted).

3) Student joining the institute shall have to abide by the rules & regulations from time to time and maintain decorum. In case of dispute, the decision of the management will be final.


4) Any harsh or abuse language used in the office or writen in the letter may affect the admission of the candidate.

5) Fees once paid will neither be refunded not adjusted in any other students account under any circumstance. If any candidate does not appear in the examinations due to any reason, he will himself be responsible. The institute will not refund any fee.

6) Student must check the eligibility / recognition while taking the admission in particular course.

7) In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction will be at Bijapur city Courts only.


8) Adarsh Para Medical Institute is not responsible for the job or employment of any candidate. The student will have to try himself / herself for the job.

9) If a student fails to appear in examination for one reason or the other, the institute shall not entertain any claim for the refund of fee.
