Criteria for Admission: 1) Admission is open to candidates from all parts of the world provided they meet the basic requirement. 2) The prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Adarsh Para Medical Institute of Tikota on prescribed payment in Cash/M.O./DD with request for an application from and self Rs.10/- stamped envelope size 9X4. Mode of Selection: Each application will be scrutinized by the selection committee and the students performance will be evalu qualifying examination. Provisionally selected candidates will be called for the interview. Specified Basic Requirements: Part - A Undergraduate (10+2) 1) Marks Card - 10th & 12th std issued by Board / University. 2) Migration Certificate issued by Board / University. 3) Conduct / Character Certificate & Transfer / Migration Certificate issued by School / College last studies. 4) Date of Birth / Age Proof Certificate. 5) Caste Certificate (only for those belonging to reserved categories) 6) Ten stamp size & Ten passport size photographs. Part - B Diploma (10th ot its Equivalent) 1) Marks Card - 10th & 12th std issued by Board / University. 2) Migration Certificate issued by Board / University. 3) Conduct / Character Certificate & Transfer / Migration Certificate issued by School / College last studies. 4) Date of Birth / Age Proof Certificate. 5) Caste Certificate (only for those belonging to reserved categories) 6) Ten stamp size & Ten passport size photographs. Fees: Information regarding the fee structure can be availed at the office. Once advance fees paid cannot be under any circumstances. Clinical fee, transportation fee, hostel deposit, uniform, immunization, Kannada coaching classes, first aid, laboratory fees etc are charged extra. The reservation of seat is liable to be cannot of ineligibility or due to Govt / University rules and regulations etc. That may be framed from time to time. Voluntarily withdraws or is dismissed after admission / before completion of the course, the student should the entire course. College: The students have to pay 50% of the Tution fees at the time of admission. 25% before December 15 and before February 15 late fee of Rs.10 per Rs.1000 per day will be collected after the last. Course Outlines and Medium Instruction: The syllabus and the course outline for all the course is followed as per the guidlines laid down by the Direct Education / Government of Karnataka / University / Para Medical Board. Any change in syllabus which will be as per instructions of the Board / University. The medium of instructions is in English. Class room Lectures are given by qualified Lecturers, Clinical Instructions and Visiting Doctors. Topics will be delt be respective field. During the training period students are assigned Hospital duties for their Clinical Experience. Departments such as Medical, Surgical, Community, Orthopedic and Family Welfare Works etc. Uniforms: All the students are required to wear the uniform prescribed and provided by the institution. College Working Hours: Monday - Sunday 9-00 am to 5-00 pm Scholarship: The Merit Scholarship, Govt of India Scholarship, Concerned State Government Scholarships and State SC / ST etc are also available for eligible students. Experience in Rural Area: This training in Rural Health Community is expected to enable the students to explore and understand the and problems as part of the country's Rural Health Programme and gain experience in community, Physician ?Health Care.
